FEATURES: Large shrub to small tree with attractive divided triangular shaped foliage. Young growth is often bright red. During Spring and Summer masses of large greenish yellow to bright yellow cylindrical flowers are borne in abundance growing up to 30cm in size.
CONDITIONS: Prefers a well-drained soil in dappled shade through to full sun. Tolerant of dry conditions and moderate frost once established.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply a layer of low nutrient mulch such as wood chips around the base when planting to reduce weed competition and retain soil moisture.
