Hardy Australian evergreen shrub with attractive showy flowers.
FEATURES: A very adaptable and ornamental Australian multi-branched bushy shrub with dense wedge-shaped, serrated leaves dull green in colour with young growth covered with rusty brown hairs. Lovely oblong-shaped creamy or greenish-yellow upright flowers from Spring to Autumn peaking during Summer. Reaches approx. 2m high and wide.
CONDITIONS: Prefers a well-drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded position.Tolerant of most soil types, dry conditions, wind, light frost and coastal conditions providing there is some protection from salt spray.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply a layer of mulch around the base of shrub when planting to reduce weed competition and retain soil moisture.
