Woolly Orange Banksia
FEATURES: A tall shrub with interesting linear leaves with saw-tooth edging. Orange, acorn-shaped flowers are produced at branch ends in summer and autumn and grow to around 12cm in length.
CONDITIONS: Originating from the Geraldton area in WA, this plant is more suited to sandy or well-drained soils.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Mulch soil well with low nutrient materials and a little compost.
